Thank you for your interest in becoming a kids.now coach-mentor! Before you complete the application form below, please read the information posted on the be a coach page and confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

  • Important Notes:
    • In general, kids.now sessions run from approximately 3:30-5:00 p.m. once a week for 12 weeks from September to January (fall program) and from March to June (spring program). Volunteer coaches are expected to commit to a full 12-week session (fall or spring).
    • If you are considering any major life changes that might affect your commitment to this program, please speak with a kids.now program manager before completing this application.
    • At the present time, we are only looking for volunteer coach-mentors in Edmonton, Fredericton and Toronto/GTA.
    • All fields must be completed in order to process this application.

    Please note that due to the nature of our organization, we require each candidate who proceeds to the Personal Interview stage to complete a Canada-wide Criminal Records Check at their own cost (costs vary per province, $20 in Ontario, $11.50 in New Brunswick, etc.). This will be refunded if you are not selected as a volunteer coach.
