Youth today face difficult and sometimes life-threatening decisions. With the generous support of individual, corporate and foundation donors, Kids Now has been able to maintain and expand our group mentoring programs to more than 11,000 grades 7 and 8 students since 1999., empowering them to believe in themselves and make positive choices so they can reach their full potential

But our success is also our greatest challenge and the demand for our programs is greater than our capacity to deliver. We have many schools now waiting to deliver the program and even in schools where the program is offered, there are waiting lists of students who want to get in. We need your support so we can mentor more youth. Together, we can give youth the power to believe.

Kids Now is there at the time that susceptibility to peer pressure increases – during early adolescence. The programs are aimed at grades 7 & 8, the ideal window of opportunity to teach youth key life skills they need to avoid dropping out of high school and endangering their future income and success.
